Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Avenue Now account and associated personal data directly inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Avenue Now.
2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
3. Open Profile settings.
4. Tap Delete account and review the permanent-deletion notice.
5. Confirm using your current password, Sign in with Apple, or Google, depending on the sign-in method linked to your account.
6. When deletion completes, Avenue Now signs you out and clears local account data from the device.

What will be deleted

Your authentication account, profile, saved events, followed venues, recommendation preferences, notification data, uploaded photos, active sessions, and other personal data linked to your account are deleted or anonymised. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Submitted events and venues

Submitted events or venues may remain as useful public listings, but they are disconnected from your account and identifying account details are removed. Contact privacy@avenuecy.com if you also want a specific listing reviewed for removal.

Before you continue

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your saved events and followed venues and will need to create a new account to use account features again.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@avenuecy.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before helping with deletion.
